conflict resolution, marketing, and workforce development. He has over 21 years of
experience helping business owners, independent chief executives, government officials,
and private sector entities identify work production patterns, review evaluated data
and essentially take major projects from concept to launch and beyond with efficient
communication strategies and procedures. His experience working in
several industries include education, manufacturing, commodities trade, entertainment,
construction and hospitality.
He has coordinated investment strategies and assisted authorities to implement multi-million-dollar international business operations
and program development plans. He worked with Cultiva Global to provide education and workforce development solutions in a global environment
within Africa, U.S.A. and China to help solve challenges of start-up schools, curriculum development. He is consistent in successfully analyzing

programs to help strengthen and create awareness of the rich cultural heritage of Sierra Leone. He is a seasoned business matchmaker who considers conflict
resolutions a critical path to working through cultural barriers to ensure streamlined processes are efficient and accomplished.
