As a business executive today, I help find technology solutions for business and life's problem, and I develop technology programs for tech careers against workforce needs.

I am a servant leader who builds and leads high performing teams. I instill the learn-it-all mentality in my teams. I get down and dirty with my team, at times - and love it.

I am very passionate about technology workforce development. I believe the right technology skills and credentials can get millions of families out of poverty around the world, while at the same time providing the needed technology manpower for the 21st century workplace.
