In 2016, Paul consulted for the then Trade, Investment & Cultural Attaché of the Sierra Leone Embassy In Beijing China where he helped manage multiple projects and collaboration efforts that involved Sierra Leone and China to deliver functions related to cultural marketing, cultural development and cooperative programs to help strengthen and create awareness of the rich cultural heritage of Sierra Leone. He is a seasoned business matchmaker who considers conflict resolutions a critical path to working through cultural barriers to ensure streamlined processes are efficient and accomplished.

His very-positive outlook, transparency, analytical approach, and sound business and communication methods helped his company Global Impact Industries evolve into a consortium of over 20 renowned business executives to forge the ability to mitigate risks, process controls and properly align strategic valuable relationships.
